How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your custom complete.
What is your return policy on decks?
We accept returns on all un-skated decks within 30 days of purchase. The board must be in its original shrink wrap with no grip tape applied to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Scum Skateboarding ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your decks made of 100% Canadian Maple?
Absolutely. All Scum decks are pressed using 7-ply 100% North American/Canadian Maple to ensure maximum pop, durability, and a consistent feel.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to get you back on your board. If you need to make changes, please contact us via email within 2 hours of placing your order.
