Returns & Exchanges
At Scum Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck or apparel isn't up to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure your gear is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached; skate decks must still be in their original shrink wrap to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Request
Email our support crew with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible and clearly write your RMA number on the outside before dropping it off at your preferred carrier.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
